Anita and her team are amazing! Everyone at our wedding RAVED about our desserts. We had no cupcakes, parfaits, or cake tacos left at the end of the night, and received so many compliments on how delicious everything was. Guests also noted that they were too scared to cut into our cake because it was so beautiful! We loved everything about it!

Midnight Sun Cakery was fantastic to work with. We did a cake tasting on the fly and she did that for us with no complaints. Super friendly and such a hard-worker. Our cake came out beautifully and just like she sketched on paper. The texture and taste was to die for! Let’s just say I keep thinking about how fantastic it was and wish I could have another bite! Midnight Sun Cakery is truly a gifted baker! I would HIGHLY recommend her for any celebration!!!

Our cake for our wedding was amazing both in decoration and taste. It’s been a month since the wedding and we still have people raving about the cake. We started our experience with Midnight Sun Cakery back in April 2020. The quarantine cake was the perfect 'just because' pick me up for me and my fiancee. Since then they've been my go to for special occasion desserts. The communication is always prompt, usually via email. The cakes are always a hit, and even the semi custom cakes are beautifully decorated. The only suggestion I have is a bit of updating to the online order form, I was able to order a cake that they no longer offered, thanks to their great communication they let me know and we changed the cake no problem.
I went to see Anita with a very vague idea of what I wanted for a cake and she gave amazing suggestions and really understood what I was going for. The cake tasted absolutely incredible and we had 4 different kinds of cupcakes that were equally as great. She did an amazing job setting the cake/cupcakes up for us and made the process quick and easy. She was also very willing to help us accommodate a dairy allergy so everyone could enjoy the cake! It was an amazing experience working with Anita and I would definitely do it again.
We have had cakes made by Anita for both of my kids' birthdays this year. She has done a remarkable job on both cakes! In addition to being visually stunning, they were absolutely delicious. She is a delight to work with. I had sent her a few ideas on what I was looking for for my son's birthday, and she was able to make a humpback whale look incredibly realistic. She is quite the cake magician!
